A clear, rational layout paired with discreet service access and self-contained areas gives the family the freedom to evolve the space as life changes. Materially, the palette blends Guernsey granite with natural vertical timber, creating a refined, understated character that feels rooted and warm. Inside, light and landscape shape the experience. East-facing glazing frames long views of the neighbouring islands, while the main living spaces open onto a west-facing garden, giving the home bright, welcoming rooms that stay connected to nature all day long.
