Our clients wish to incorporate an outdoor swimming pool into their garden area, replacing an old wooden shed with a new poolroom/changing space, altering an existing basement room to access directly on to the pool terrace and rationalising the levels to create more usable and accessible space for day to day living, without making significant changes. Our design carefully works with the steep, terraced landscape creating a seamless connection between the home, new raised deck, and lower firepit area. By reusing site material and integrating natural rock into the pool façade, the new spaces feel grounded in their surroundings while maximising those breath-taking coastal views.
